Suggested use of Applied Nutrition Critical Oats Protein Porridge
Applied Nutrition Critical Oats Protein Porridge can be taken for breakfast or before exercise. Prepare it to your personal preference in one of the two ways stated below.
- Add one scoop (60 g) to 150 ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes.
- Add one scoop (60 g) to 100 ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat, microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and enjoy!
